It’s hard to do something that requires a bit of discipline if you aren’t getting any feedback. I help you develop the skills to recognize when Image Cycling is working.
Let’s face it: Image Cycling takes time, focus, and discipline. If we don’t receive feedback and engage in a back-and-forth relationship with our cycling practice, we either quit, or it may devolve into something we do just because we ‘believe’ it will work. And ironically, that belief-based approach makes it ineffective.
I have loads of drills and experiential practices that help you authentically connect with your Image Cycling. You don’t have to be super intuitive or clairvoyant, simply present with your normal senses.
For example, if there is an oddly shaped leaf on a tree and I told you to look for it, you wouldn’t know where to begin. If I pointed out the leaf and a few minutes later told you to look at that leaf, you could easily go back to it. Before, when you couldn’t tell which leaf was important, it wasn’t because you couldn’t see it but because you didn’t know what to pay attention to.
Learning how to sense if Image Cycling is working is similar, and a little coaching can make all the difference in what you perceive.
If Image Cycling doesn’t seem to be working—nothing on your list is manifesting, and symptoms persist—I can usually help you break through. Even if you are an experienced Image Cycler, one playful session with me usually raises your practice up a notch.
I use my intuitive abilities to tune into your cycling. I have you change something, and I feel things change in you. When I point them out, it validates experiences that you might otherwise overlook. Rather than diligently going through the motions, you’ll experience a practice that feels alive and truly works for you.
