Distance Healing

Distance healing is real. Across cultures and centuries, people have experienced healing that defies space and time. It doesn’t require belief, ritual, or even touch. But it does ask something from you—an openness to possibility, and a readiness to engage with your own body’s wisdom.

If you or someone you love is facing cancer—whether human or animal—distance healing can be a powerful, non-invasive support alongside whatever else you’re doing.

Even in the shadow of illness, there is often an invitation: A moment of clarity. A doorway to meaning. A raw, real encounter with life itself.

I’m here to support that sacred encounter—not by offering cures or making wild claims—but by walking with you, gently and skillfully, into the deep intelligence already present in your healing journey.

How Distance Healing Can Help

As a distance healer, I’ve supported hundreds of clients—including pets—through remote energy healing sessions grounded in the Bengston Method®.

I specialize in distance healing for cancer, especially using the Bengston Method®—but I don’t stop there. With over four decades of clinical experience as a harmonic medicine practitioner, Registered Dietitian, herbalist, medical intuitive, acupuncturist, and shaman, I bring a multidimensional awareness to the healing process. My clinical experience and intuitive perception allow me to recognize subtle cues that often go unnoticed—sensations, insights, or timing that may seem unimportant but can guide our work—helping you deepen your own engagement with the Bengston Method.

I also draw on a lifetime of philosophical study, graduate-level training in neurophysiology, and over 40 years as a health professional to help clients think clearly about their healing process. In many intuitive or spiritual healing circles, clear thinking is often overlooked—but in my experience, it’s essential. When intuitive work is grounded in thoughtful reflection, healing becomes more coherent, more embodied, and often more effective. Whether you’re exploring alternatives, enhancing conventional care, or simply seeking relief—distance healing can help:

  • Activate the body’s innate ability to heal
  • Ease pain and discomfort
  • Support emotional and spiritual resilience
  • Help the body respond more effectively to treatment
  • Provide comfort to both humans and animals in need
  • Guide you or your loved one in learning how to give or receive a Bengston Method session

And perhaps most importantly, it reconnects you with a sense of agency—reminding you that healing doesn’t always come from outside, but can emerge from within.

Distant and remote healing sessions can help support lasting change.

What to Expect

Before Your Session

  1. Clarify your intention: My work is different from many energy therapies that emphasize holding a strong intention. In the Bengston Method, we begin with a fleeting intention—just long enough to generate the images—and then allow them to spin subconsciously through Image Cycling, all while staying grounded in the present moment.

  2. If you’re already familiar with Bengston’s Image Cycling technique, now is a good time to review your “List.” If not, simply reflect on what you want healing for and why it matters to you. No need to get it perfect—just bring honest awareness.

  3. Prepare your space: Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. You may sit or lie down. Loved ones and friends are welcome to join you if they’d like to observe or assist.  Please use a hands-free phone or computer setup for our video call. If I am going to train a friend/family member how to give a treatment while I am doing the remote healing, set up the camera so I can see most of the patient’s body.

  4. Drink water beforehand. If desired, you can have a glass of water nearby—if you’d like, we can charge it together with healing intention during the session.

Distance Healing Session: Using Image Cycling and the Bengston Method®

My work is guided by my Octave Resonance Healing Approach™, which integrates the Bengston Method® with my expertise in clinical medicine, medical intuition, and shamanic awareness. Unlike many forms of energy healing from a distance, this approach doesn’t rely on intention or focus. Instead, it emphasizes observation—creating a space where healing can naturally emerge. During your session, I run the Bengston Healing Method in the background by performing Rapid Image Cycling, all while remaining fully present and attentive to what unfolds in you. The healing information doesn’t flow from me to you—it arises through you. It might show up as a physical sensation, an emotion, a shift in awareness, or nothing noticeable at the time—only to be followed later by physical healing.

I incorporate advanced distance healing techniques such as Rapid Image Cycling, sensory observation, and psychospiritual alignment.

Here are some common elements we may include:

  • Training: If you’re interested, I can teach you how to do the Bengston Method on yourself or a loved one, so you can participate actively during and between sessions. This means you can do most of the sessions yourself and rely on me as your coach. Beginners often experience success with the Bengston Method—even without much experience. If we can tell you’re being effective, you may be able to do much of the healing work on your own, reducing the number of paid sessions you need. This helps make care more affordable over time, while empowering you to take a more active role in healing.

  • Sensory Awareness: I help you notice how your body, emotions, and life force respond to the healing. I might ask, “What just happened?” to gently help you observe meaningful shifts.

  • Homework and Observation: You might be guided to visualize something while I sense how your energy field shifts. This helps you develop your own intuitive awareness.

  • Multidimensional Support: Depending on your needs, I may include a medical intuitive reading, nutrition consulting, herbal recommendations, or psychospiritual support woven directly into the Bengston Method—for example, we may observe a feeling or healing block together while cycling, and witness how it shifts during the session.

We usually begin with a baseline reading so that you can consciously track what changes. These shifts are often subtle but meaningful. With my guidance, you learn how to notice what matters—because the Bengston Method is rooted in observation, not belief. If you don’t know what to look for, you might miss the healing as it happens.

Sessions typically end with a post-evaluation, using the Octave Resonance Healing Approach™ to observe changes across four dimensions: physical body, life force, emotional landscape, and spiritual awareness. These four levels give you a map of your own healing landscape—helping you stay oriented and empowered as you track your unique journey over time.

After Your Session

  1. Don’t rush to judge: Avoid deciding what “worked” or “didn’t.” Healing is often subtle, and it unfolds in its own time.

  2. Pay attention: Notice any physical, emotional, or energetic shifts in the hours and days after your session.

  3. Take action from gratitude: Whether it’s a glass of water, a walk, or a heartfelt thank-you—let gratitude move you into gentle motion. Gratitude helps subtle energetic healing shifts ‘stick’—anchoring them into your body and life.

A Note on Power, Permission, and Healing:

I am not the healer. You are.

My role is to witness, guide, and offer energetic support that awakens what already lives inside you. Healing isn’t something done to you—it’s something that arises through you. Even when it looks mysterious or “miraculous,” it’s deeply natural.

Please know: I do not offer distance healing for others without their explicit permission. Healing must always be consensual. If you’re a caregiver, we can talk about how best to support your loved one with respect and care.

Testimonials

What Clients Are Saying

Before I met Suzanne my dog, Max, had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. He had surgery, and the surgeon was confident he got all the cancer. In an abundance of caution, they recommended a course of chemotherapy after the surgery. I posted on Facebook about his situation and my quandary over whether to do chemotherapy or not. A dear childhood friend contacted me and told me how ha had worked with Suzanne when his dog was diagnosed with cancer, and their dog was still doing great several years later.

I contacted Suzanne and worked with her doing rapid image cycling with Max. We are almost a year post-diagnosis with Max, and no sign of recurrence without chemotherapy. I'm grateful to have been able to work on strengthening his own system without doing chemo.

Suzanne also perceived that I was struggling more than just with Max's situation. It was as I discovered my husband has started an emotional affair with a prior lover and was quite distraught over the situation. Suzanne worked very effectively with me to center myself and not allow my husband's blame-shifting, justifications, and lack of remorse to destroy me. I'm sure I was meant to find Suzanne and her skills and help myself as well as Max.

Suzanne has a tremendous gift, and her willingness to share it with us is really appreciated.
